This senior living community is designed to foster a holistic quality of life by anticipating the needs of its predominantly Jewish residents and enriching daily living through symbolism and intentional design woven throughout the built environment, in alignment with CAMA’s Eudaemonic design approach. The interiors encourage residents to arrive, stroll, pause and reflect, gather, nosh, create, nurture, and thrive. Enhanced with evidence-based furniture solutions— including triangular tables that support comfortable social interaction and Cama Collection gliders that promote relaxation— CAMA partnered with the architectural team and Towers leadership to deliver an evidence-based interior design for the ground floor. The result is a neighborhood-like setting that enables residents to move and interact as an integrated community beyond the boundaries of their individual apartments.
